Riverside can also provide the homebuyer with funds for 20% of the purchase price towards the downpayment (not to exceed $75,000).

A neighborhood stabilization homeownership program provides the homebuyer with funds for 20% of the purchase price plus optional repair component, not to exceed $75,000. A minimum of $1500 repair assistance is also available.

Buyers may avail of the 99.5% funding of a home sale price—this program is also available in all California counties.
